This is a price guide for our web design and development services. We are always glad to discuss your specific web needs and will gladly give you a free price quote based on your exact web needs.
As you could imagine, it wouldn't make sense to try to give you an exact price for everything before we know what you need! Your business needs a professional web presence and we can give you exactly what you want. The amount is always affordable but is also dependent on your web needs and your budget.
Our primary goal for pricing is that it is fair and straightforward. We never surprise a client with an unexpected invoice. For project work we typically bid a fixed price, although hourly and not-to-exceed quotes are available options. Smaller tasks are usually offered on an hourly basis.
Our rates for hourly work are:Prices for our custom web design services start at $600.00. This price includes a custom website with up to 5 web pages of content, on-line content management system, graphics and everything it takes to get you started, including a custom contact form, email addresses, domain name registration for a year and hosting services for 3 months! We provide support for all our services.
We can work within your budget for all of our web services. It is important that you know what your website goals are, what your budget is and relay that to us.
If your budget is tight, making phases of the project could work well for you. Consider what the most important aspects of your web project are and which aspects are things you can phase in later. If you prioritize your needs, web projects can be done in phases, as the budget allows, still providing the exceptional web presence you want.
Whether you need partial or complete web site maintenance, we are there for you. Our maintenance rates are very reasonable and our service is second to none.
We offer plans that range from $25.00 to $300.00 per month. Maintenance prices greatly depends on the size of the website , the amount of updates per month you will be doing and the type of updates involved (i.e. image updates that require scanning and optimizing would cost more to maintain than simple text updates). We don't have set prices for maintenance plans because we determine the amount of maintenance that will be needed during the site creation or redesign. That way we both have a better understanding of what it will take to maintain your site rather than guessing beforehand and paying too much in the end.
If your business or organization needs extensive development, such as portal development, message boards, chat rooms or other interactive development, you will be looking from $1500 - Up. The possibilities of website development are endless! Pricing will depend on your needs and your budget.
